Reception and Hall
Access to the hall and Reception area is through revolving doors. Reception is open as a 24 hours service to receive guests with a friendly welcome at any time. This area contains a saloon with comfortable armchairs and a television to watch your favourites sport programmes, and a tropical lounge with wicker armchairs near to the swimming-pool. This area is ideal for reading the morning newspaper. Also in the Reception area there is a souvenirs shop with costume jewellery, bags, wallets and accessories.
There is a WI-FI area, Internet and the two panoramic lifts.
The Café
The Café is spacious and has views to the swimming-pool. Here you can enjoy “tapas”, hot baguettes, pastries and your favourite drink. The hotel has a stage for shows and evening entertainment and an Internet zone.
The hotel walls are decorated by scenes of Los Alcázares painted exclusively for the hotel by Alonso Martinez, one of the most famous designers of the region of Murcia.
The Restaurant
All our dishes are guaranteed to be of high quality and made from fresh produce. The quality of the produce and food preperation processes are guaranteed by internal inspection and control.During summer holidays the restaurant offers a special buffet for children, and staff are on hand to entertain and help children at mealtimes.
We cater for the special dietary requirements of coeliacs (gluten free) and other.
Swimming-Pools
The children’s swimming pool is designed to ensure the children’s safety. It has a maximum depth of 40 cm and is separated from the adult swimming pool by a steel and glass partition. The adult swimming pool contains a jaccuzi with fresh water to refresh guests after a day of “sea and sun”. The safety of swimmers is ensured by a daily water quality control system.
Meeting and Conference Rooms
The hotel holds three conference rooms which seat 70, 100 and 200 people. They have wi-fi system, screens and they are ideal for seminars, meetings and conferences. In addition, next to the hotel itself guests can use the reading rooms of the central library and the municipal security centre. In 2009 a meeting and congress centre will be built near to the hotel.
Car Park
This contains 70 spaces and is in a pleasant spot where your car will be kept in a secure, shaded area. FREE (included in the Special Offer), except from 15th June to 15th September.
Gym
This is free (included in the Special Offer) and is situated on the 4th floor. It is a compact, fully equipped area.
Nursery
Nursery service all the summer.
